Now, we’re looking for a client-facing Account Manager to join our team and ensure our clients feel supported, understood, and excited to stay with us long term.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategic partner and relationship builder — an Account Manager who thrives on client communication, problem-solving, and keeping projects running smoothly.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have clarity, confidence, and trust in our services. From managing expectations to coordinating deliverables their GBP, PPC, SEO, Meta, Website Developments and creative teams, you’ll keep everything aligned and on track.

About you

🤝 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
🎯 Build strong, long-lasting client relationships that drive retention
🗂️ Oversee campaign deliverables across GBP, PPC, SEO, Meta, Website Developments and creative teams
📊 Translate performance data into clear, actionable updates for clients
📝 Document and manage client requests, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed
🔍 Anticipate client needs, spot potential issues early, and propose solutions
🧩 Facilitate smooth communication between clients and our internal teams
💬 Lead regular client calls and check-ins with professionalism and confidence
🚀 Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by highlighting value and results
⚙️ Help improve internal account management processes and SOPs

✅ What We’re Looking For

5+ years in account management (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong communicator — fluent, articulate, and confident on calls & emails
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Comfort with digital marketing basics (PPC, SEO, content) — you don’t need to run campaigns, but you should understand the lingo
Ability to manage expectations and negotiate timelines when needed
Bonus points for: experience in the home services or contractor industry, light creative/marketing background, or CRM knowledge

🕒 Working Hours & Structure

🧑‍💻 Full-time remote position
⏰ Core hours: 8AM – 6 PM CST
💼 Independent contractor role (you handle your own taxes)
