This is a performance role, not a support role.

What You’ll Do

Call and text U.S.-based property owners daily
Re-engage cold and ghosted leads relentlessly
Follow scripts and SOPs exactly as written
Ask clearly for decisions and contracts
Manage your pipeline so nothing stalls
Update CRM in real time with clean notes
Hit daily and weekly KPIs consistently

A “no” is acceptable. Silence is not.

Compensation

Modest base pay
Commission on contracts signed

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

Requirements

2+ years sales experience (real estate preferred)
