We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us connect with businesses and schedule appointments for our commercial cleaning services.

This role is focused on B2B outreach, contacting businesses and facility managers to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our team.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to businesses using the list and dialer we provide
Introduce our company and services in a professional and friendly manner
Set qualified appointments with decision makers
Accurately update call notes and appointment details
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls

Requirements

Cold calling experience is required
Appointment setting experience is required
Clear and fluent English speaking
Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision makers
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Compensation

$4 per hour starting pay
Performance bonuses
