Responsibilities
Be the pulse of our sales process: from making calls and sending emails to steering the sales pipeline, ensuring our customers' needs aren't just met, but exceeded
Hit and exceed sales targets
Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Certification in personal training, nutrition, or a related field.
Experience working as a personal trainer or nutritionist (online experience preferred).
Skills:
Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Tech-savvy and capable of quickly learning and using online platforms (experience with Harbiz is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
