This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a structured remote environment while assisting with administrative tasks and supporting client communication and sales processes.

WAFS and BTE are growing firms that provide tax, accounting, and business consulting services to clients across the United States. Our clients include healthcare professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs, construction companies, transportation businesses, and other small and mid-sized organizations.

In this role, the assistant helps maintain organized operations by managing client communications, updating CRM records, scheduling meetings, and supporting administrative processes. A key responsibility is responding to inquiries from potential clients and providing scheduling links so they can book consultations with the firm.

The assistant will also help maintain accurate records within company systems such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and document management systems. Keeping client information organized and ensuring timely follow-up helps support the firm’s client service and sales process.

Because this role involves communication with clients and prospects, maintaining a professional and consistent tone in written communication is essential. The assistant will follow company communication guidelines and ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

In addition to administrative tasks, the role supports sales and outreach efforts by helping track leads, sending scheduling links, assisting with follow-ups, and helping organize materials for sales presentations or marketing campaigns.

This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and time management. The assistant will manage multiple responsibilities such as responding to messages, updating records, organizing documents, and assisting with onboarding tasks. The ability to work independently in a remote environment is important.
