1. Introduction

Remote Latinos is a platform dedicated to connecting skilled professionals from Latin America and other regions with businesses worldwide across various industries. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our services.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remote Latinos, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.


3. Services Description

Remote Latinos provides a digital platform that allows employers in industries such as IT & Programming, Design & Multimedia, Marketing & Sales, and more to connect with remote professionals. Services include job placement, candidate sourcing, and recruitment facilitation.


4. User Obligations

  • Employers must provide accurate, clear, and fair job descriptions and adhere to ethical hiring practices.
  • Candidates must provide truthful and complete information about their skills, experience, and work history.
  • All users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and are responsible for all activities under their accounts.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under specific and exceptional circumstances and are subject to Remote Latinos’ sole discretion. If a refund is approved, the following deductions will apply:

  • A 3.2% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • A prorated deduction based on the portion of the service already delivered or utilized.

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request through the chatbot available on our platform.
  2. Your request will be reviewed and transferred to one of our agents for further evaluation.
  3. You may be asked to provide supporting information related to your use of the platform and the reason for the request.

Refunds are assessed individually and are not guaranteed. Remote Latinos reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on platform activity, usage history, and terms of service compliance.


6. Affiliate (Referral) Program Terms & Conditions

6.1 Eligibility

  • Must have an active Remote Latinos account.
  • Referrals must use your unique referral link.
  • Self-referrals and fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Candidate Referral Rewards

  • Earn $10 USD for each referred candidate who:
    • Is new to the platform.
    • Gets hired by an employer via Remote Latinos.
  • Rewards are visible in your dashboard and paid out after conditions are met.

6.3 Employer Referral Rewards

  • Earn 30% of the first subscription payment of each employer you refer.
  • Conditions:
    • The referred employer must be new and sign up using your referral link.
    • Must complete a paid subscription.
  • The reward is credited after payment is confirmed, and no refund is requested.

6.4 General Referral Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $20).
  • Remote Latinos may deduct any applicable transaction/processing fees.
  • Rewards are paid via PayPal.
  • Abuse of the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
  • Remote Latinos may modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Remote Latinos platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and branding — is owned by Remote Latinos or its licensors. It is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Remote Latinos shall be resolved via arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remote Latinos operates.


9. Modifications to Terms

Remote Latinos reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remote Latinos operates, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

12. Account Deactivation & Deletion

Users may request to deactivate their Remote Latinos account at any time. Deactivation means the account will be temporarily suspended, and no platform activity will be allowed.

  • Users may reactivate their account at any time by logging in or contacting support.
  • If you are not actively using the platform but may return in the future, we strongly recommend deactivation instead of deletion.

Full Account Deletion

  • You can only request full deletion of your account after a 3-month waiting period following deactivation.
  • Once deleted:
    • All associated data will be permanently erased from our systems.
    • This action is irreversible, and Remote Latinos will not be able to recover any of your information or account history.
