JOB DESCRIPTION

Appointment Setters hold an essential role in the sales process of our company. Your position ensures that quality real estate investor leads are scheduled for our sales team. Your job will be to look for prospects in different social media profiles, reach out to them, and get them to book an appointment with our sales agents. You must look for quality leads to bring to them. 


The social media channels that we use to book appointments are Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will be using more than one profile for most of them and you will have to be connected to a VPN. For Facebook, you should find people in real estate investing Facebook groups and send friend requests to REIs that have many friends in common with the owner of the profile.


You will receive access to all the sales materials, scripts, calendars, social media, and training. Our sales culture is driven, and our team is always seeking growth and collaborating with each other to achieve our goals. You must be willing to learn and improve your booking skills, ask questions when needed, and accept guidance from the team. 


As an appointment setter, you are not expected to maintain relationships with new clients but to focus entirely on lead generation and eventual tasks related to your role. We expect you and all of our team members to be hustlers, meaning that you should work hard to meet your targets.




WHAT THIS JOB ENTITLES 

  • Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients

  • Respond to new leads and get them on a call

  • Use our prospecting methods to book more introductory calls

  • Providing ongoing feedback on lead quality to the marketing department.

  • Miscellaneous tasks relating to client sales, as need

  • Learning the overview of the hesel media services and operating mode

  • Using our sales script and your own conversation skills to engage with the prospects

  • Report your daily KPIs to the team to keep yourself accountable

  • Providing ongoing feedback on prospect quality to the marketing department


COMPENSATION

  • Full-time position: between 35-50 hours a week depending on schedule

  • Starting Hourly Salary: $5 - 7 USD / hour base

  • Appointment setters receive a percentage of new revenue generated

  • Average earnings for top appointment setters fall between $2000-$5000 USD/mo within the first 6 months



REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent English 

  • Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of obstacles or failure 

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English

  • Self-starter - being comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules

  • Coachable - you are willing to learn, ask for help when needed, and push yourself to get better and better

  • Proactive - you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you

  • Proven team player mentality

  • Proven record of following through on commitments

  • Result-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening skills 

  • Nice person who brings a great attitude to work every day 

  • Experienced and fluent in North American culture, with no exceptions

  • Available schedule but limited to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Previous experience

  • Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, GoHighlevel, etc.
