We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Lead Qualifier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential sellers through SMS marketing campaigns, identifying motivated homeowners, and qualifying them for further follow-up. Your work will play a key role in ensuring high-quality leads for our acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:

Send and manage SMS campaigns to connect with homeowners interested in selling their properties.
Respond to inbound SMS replies quickly and professionally.
Engage in conversational messaging to build rapport and gather key details about the seller and their property.
Identify motivated sellers by asking qualifying questions and assessing their urgency to sell.
Record all interactions and lead information in the CRM system accurately.
Pass qualified leads to the acquisitions team for follow-up.
Monitor SMS campaign performance and provide feedback on lead quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills with the ability to be concise and professional via text.
Attention to detail when recording information and qualifying leads.
Ability to build rapport and engage with homeowners in a conversational, friendly tone.
Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Launch Control, REI Reply, Batch Leads) is a plus.
Familiarity with real estate terms and lead qualification processes is preferred but not required (training provided).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
