We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with homeowners looking to sell their properties quickly for cash. You will guide clients through the selling process, ensure their needs are met, and help us secure win-win deals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, negotiation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Contact and follow up with inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, turning inquiries into qualified opportunities.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with potential clients to address concerns and answer questions throughout the sales process.
Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a CRM database of leads, keeping detailed records of interactions and progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition managers and other staff to close deals effectively.
Administrative Tasks: Track your daily call log

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, customer service, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must sound completely fluent in english, (slight accent is fine).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus but not required (training provided).
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Must have a computer and a Strong Wi-fi reception.
