Noble Home Solutions is expanding and we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Disposition Specialist with hands-on experience in real estate wholesaling — specifically on the disposition side.

🔎 Position Overview:

This is a remote role focused on selling/assigning off-market residential properties to cash buyers and investors.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Market and assign off-market properties to qualified buyers

• Maintain and grow a strong investor buyers list

• Follow up with buyers to generate highest and best offers

• Coordinate with title companies and ensure smooth closings

• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize spreads

• Track KPIs and report on disposition activity

• Work closely with acquisitions team for seamless deal flow

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate wholesaling (dispositions required)

• Strong understanding of ARV, comps, repair estimates, and deal analysis

• Proven ability to move contracts quickly

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
