We are a growing outdoor structure installation company specializing in the professional assembly of ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture, pergolas, gazebos, sheds, playsets, and similar outdoor structures. This role is 100% remote and requires someone who can represent our company with clarity, confidence, and professionalism over phone and video.

The SDR is the first voice a potential customer hears. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, educate prospects on what we do, and hand off warmed opportunities to the closing team.

Core Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up sequences. Educate potential clients on our service offerings including outdoor structure assembly, furniture installation, and project-based work. Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and report activity metrics weekly.

What We Need

This person must be sharp on numbers — able to calculate quotes, understand margin concepts, and speak confidently about pricing. They must be coachable, eager to grow, and capable of leading a small team if we expand their responsibilities.

Requirements At a Glance

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with preference for remote or phone-based sales roles. Exceptional verbal communication with neutral, clear diction — no heavy regional or non-English accent. Strong numeracy: comfortable discussing pricing, margins, and project estimates. Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems. Natural leadership potential for future team management.
