The Role

This is a relationship-driven sales and recruitment position. You'll be reaching out to experienced professionals already working in the industry and convincing them that joining the Assemble It network is the right move for their business. There's no product to sell and no fees to pitch — just real conversations with real people about a genuine opportunity.

This role starts as a commission-based independent contractor position with a clear and intentional path into a full-time salaried sales role for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and outreaching to industry professionals nationwide
Having consultative conversations that build trust and drive decisions
Managing your own pipeline from first contact to close
Hitting weekly recruitment targets
Growing into a broader sales role as the company scales

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is natural on the phone and easy to talk to
A self-starter who doesn't need to be managed
Experience in sales, recruiting, or the trades/home services industry is a strong plus
Driven by performance and excited by commission with long-term upside

Compensation & Contract

1099 Independent Contractor to start
Per-close commission payout
Clear pathway to full-time W2 sales role based on performance
Fully remote and flexible schedule
