Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative (Head of Growth) to lead campaigns focused on generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in founder-level conversations, proactively identify leads, and manage multiple outreach and partnership channels. You will be responsible for pre-qualifying leads, setting appointments, and driving sales growth through innovative strategies. This role also offers the potential to evolve into a sales team management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell-By-Chat Campaign: Engage with 25-50 leads daily on Instagram, initiating conversations with prospective clients and guiding them toward scheduling sales calls.

  • Group Penetration Campaign: Connect with industry groups and communities to start dialogues with potential clients.

  • Partnership Campaign: Develop strategic partnerships with founders and executives for high-leverage referral opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is required, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Confidence in engaging with founders, CEOs, and high-level decision-makers.

  • Creative problem-solver capable of adapting to various sales campaigns and outreach strategies.

  • Minimum C1/C2 English proficiency required; bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are a plus.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
