We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, high performer who finishes tasks. In this role you will support the Vice President of Home Acquisitions for a wholesale real estate investing company.

Job duties are primarily organizing details involved in all aspects of real estate transactions (we will train, no previous experience in real estate necessary), including pulling lists of owners from various US counties, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly, running comparable home costs, analyzing deals and taking care of a variety of administrative tasks. Additionally, there is a strong customer service/lead management role where you will call potential sellers, ask qualifying questions and set appointments. This is not sales, but you will be engaging on the front end of the sales process filtering home owners to sort those who are interested in receiving a cash offer for their home.
