Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Weekend Guest Services & Marketing Coordinator to support our vacation rental operations and guest experience.

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth guest arrivals, responding to guest needs during their stay, supporting property readiness, and assisting with light marketing and social media tasks.

You will serve as main contact for guests on weekends, helping ensure every stay runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

Communicate with guests before arrival and during their stay
Respond to guest questions via phone, email, and booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
Assist with guest needs or issues that arise during their stay
Coordinate with vendors or maintenance if problems occur
Monitor guest feedback and reviews

Vendor & Maintenance Coordination

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal AVD team
Help schedule repair appointments if issues arise
Track and log property issues internally and escalate if needed

Marketing & Content Support

Assist with social media posting and content creation
Create simple marketing graphics using Canva
Capture photos or short videos of properties, guest experiences, or local highlights
Update Airbnb, VRBO, and other listing descriptions to keep them fresh and accurate
Help maintain property information and digital assets
Assist with email marketing, flyers, and promotional materials

Administrative & Data Support

Data entry and organization of property information
Maintain inventory lists and operational spreadsheets
Assist with guest guides and property manuals
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Help with special projects and operational improvements as needed
Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or marketing tools preferred
Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or property management systems is a plus
