We are seeking experienced, creative Social Media Video Editors to join our elite and fast growing team and contribute to helping top founders in the US scale their personal brands and change the world. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and producing social media videos for the various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn) that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for our clients.

The pay will be base + performance commissions & bonuses.

**Responsibilities:**

Edit content from sessions with the Client that resonates with the founder's audience and drives engagement across social media platforms.

Create highly engaging viral videos with captions, strong hooks, graphics, and additional elements that enhance retention and overall performance of videos.

Comply with and utilize our systems for clip coordination, pulling content, editing videos, and overall workflow.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a social media video editor, preferably working with founders and personal brands with talking head content.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, editing styles & best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on weekends/after hours if and when needed.

**Schedule:**

Editors are free to manage their own schedules, as long as they consistently deliver 4 videos per day, 7 days a week. All initial edits must be submitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM MST each day. Any requested revisions must be completed and resubmitted between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM MST on the same day. This ensures consistency for our clients while giving our team the freedom to manage their own schedules. Excellence and reliability are non-negotiable.

**Experience:**

Video editing: 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or Da Vinci Resolve (Our training process pairs with Adobe Premiere.)

Pay: There is a $750-$1250 monthly base offered + bonuses based on view count. Expectation for delivery is 4 videos/day
